Deposits & Booking
Policies
A deposit is required in order book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.
A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will results in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file - this includes all bundled touch-ups.
Please contact BrowArte if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 25 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for re-booking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
